Key Management

The management team of IMP represents over 100 combined years of experience in the hospital surgical
environment, supporting advancements in surgical technology and technique.

Alan A. Wasley – Chief Executive Officer, Owner
Alan is a founding partner of IMP and serves in an active, hands–on role as CEO. Alan brings invaluable
experience in the area of manufacturing concept and design. He is the third generation head of Wasley Products,
a Connecticut design and fabrication company. He has served on the Boards of major manufacturing companies
in the fields of automotive, aerospace and injection molding, and has many patents to his credit.

James R. Bailey – President, Owner
Jim is a founding partner of IMP and serves as President. Jim has spent 35 years in the orthopedic surgery arena,
with experience in sales, distribution, and product design. He has several patents to his credit.

Earl M. Cole – Sales Manager
Earl brings over 30 years experience in orthopedic sales and technical support from several major national
orthopedic companies. He directs the companies sales and distribution network.

Nancy D. Wasley – Chief Financial Officer
Nancy has over 30 years experience managing finances for retail, wholesale and manufacturing concerns.
She brings many years of experience in the fields of Radiology and Orthopedics.
